Most Georgia stores do not require that your laptop, mobile phone or iPod has been purchased at Best Buy.

Step 1. Use the Estimator below to receive an estimate of what your item may be worth. If your products have no value, please bring them to your local Best Buy store for recycling.
Step 2. If the value is acceptable to you, print out the estimate page and bring it along with your product to select stores. Also, don't forget to bring the right accessories (power cords, adaptors, instruction manuals, etc.) to maximize your trade-in value.
Step 3. Go to the Geek Squad® Precinct counter where we will verify your item's condition, verify your receipt or, if you don't have the receipt we will make every effort to locate it for you. A final value will be determined and a gift card issued right there. You can also request payment by check (for a lesser value) which will be mailed within 7 days.

Step 3. Complete the transaction by printing a prepaid mailing label and mail your item to our Trade-In Center. Also, don't forget to send the right accessories (power cords, adaptors, instruction manuals, etc.) to maximize your trade-in value.
Step 4. A Best Buy gift card or a check will be mailed to you about 14 days after receipt of your item.
