Best Buy's trade-in programs give you a variety of ways
to receive a Best Buy gift card for your used video games, musical instruments and select used electronics.
Just follow these steps:

Print a prepaid shipping label and ship your items to our trade-in center.
Or Find a store that can accept your item using the store finder below.
Bring your item to the store and claim your gift cards.
Most electronics accepted through the Online Trade-In Program can be taken to any Best Buy Store for trade-in and an immediate Best Buy gift card.
Most stores do not require that a trade-in item be purchased at Best Buy. Check the store locator to find a store near you that can accept items not purchased at Best Buy.
Our online program allows you to trade-in more than 20 different products (see list at left) by mail and receive a Best Buy E-Gift Card in approximately 7-10 days.
Best Buy reserves the right to refuse any trade-in for any reason. Trade-in is not available in all locations. Visit www.bestbuy.com/tradein to find a store near you. You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID. The product must be in good working condition and have an intact serial number. The condition of the product and available documentation and accessories may affect the estimate provided on www.bestbuy.com/tradein. Trade-in value may depend on our evaluation of a number of factors, including condition, product age and specifications, documentation, etc. Online and in store estimates may vary.
